PT Bina Rekacipta Utama (BiRU) company is provide engineering and project management services related to the development of onshore and offshore oil and gas facilities. Seeking suitably qualified and experienced personnel for the following position:
Job Responsibilities :
1. Design oil and gas production.
2. Responsible to approve the mechanical system design including sizing, selecting and specifying equipment appropriate for the Facilities. The systems must be designed in accordance with the codes and standards issued by the following organizations;
a. American Petroleum Institute (API),
b. American National Standards Institute (ANSI),
c. Instrument Society of American (lSA),
d. American Society of Mechanical Engineer (ASME), and
e. National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE)
1. Design oil and gas production.

2. Experinces :
a. < 2 years of working experiences (position code : ME1)
b. 2 – 5 years of working experinces (position code : ME2)
c. > 5 years of working experinces (position code : ME3)
3. Familiar with :
a. Engineering standard codes and regulation
b. Technical software tools and information systems supporting business process
c. 2D and 3D modelling
d. Engineering design and document review
4. Have comprehensive knowledge of :
a. Design and installation on pressure vessels
b. Design and installation on pump, Design on material handling
c. Design specification (mechanical related) such as: tanks, turbines, packages, etc
d. Another mechanical related knowledge
5. Fluent both of written and oral in English and Indonesia

Doing all structure analysis related to Offshore structure , as like Static & dynamic Inplace Analysis, Seismic analysis, Fatigue Analysis, Transportation analysis , Lifting analysis , PDA analysis, Collapse analysis, WCR, including its supporting calculation, review structural drawing and develop material take off.

3. Familiar with SACS software, SAP, GRL Weap
4. Familiar with API RP2A, AISC, Noble denton, etc
5. Fluent both of written and oral in English and Indonesia

Job Responsibilities :
Design the oil and gas production facilities
Responsible for preparing process design including appropriate vessels, valves and piping systems for the facilities and also for leading process safety review including HAZOP/HAZID review, risk assessment, process safety check list, etc

Requirement :
1. Hold a recognized bachelor degree in Chemical engineering from reputable university
2. Have related experinece :
a. < 2 years of working experiences (position code : PE1)
b. 2 – 5 years of working experinces (position code : PE2)
c. > 5 years of working experinces (position code : PE3)
3. Have a comprehensive knowledge and experience in:
a. Comprehensive knowledge of Relevant International Standards and Codes of Practice normally used in process engineering in the Oil and Gas industry such as API, ANSI, ASME, etc.
b. Process simulation of physical fluid properties
c. Detailed knowledge of phase behavior, equations of state, phase envelopes of gas and oil components (C1 – C6 and C7+) H2, C02, H2S, H20, C7+ characterization.
d. Steady state computer simulation of the process (such as Hysis, Pipesym, Flarenet, others).
e. Steady state computer simulation of multiphase flow through sub sea pipeline.
f. Design of appropriate systems to meet the required throughput
g. Safety Analysis (HAZID, HAZOP, HAZAN, QRA, FERA, Blowdown, Pressure Relieve, etc)
h. Development of process/utility flow diagrams, heat & material balances, P&IDs and process criteria data for following systems:
• Oil/Produced Water/Gas separation and dehydration
• Gas compression
• Sales gas metering
• Utilities
• Performing process studies (eg. Hydrate, corrosion, blow down, radiation)
i. The incumbent should also have a working knowledge of the relevant International Standards and Codes of Practice normally used in the Oil and Gas industry.
j. In addition the incumbent shall have a sound appreciation of:
• Piping, vessels fabrication, erection and testing procedures.
• Material selection for different process and environmental conditions
• Quality assurance and control requirements of the design process.

2. Ensure appropriate instrument design in accordance with basis of design and all relevant codes and spesification (standards and code)
3. Review P&ID and design instrument drawing
4. Provide instrument spesification, instrument calculation, instrument list and schedule, instrument data sheets, instrument MTO/BOM/BOAQ, instrument MR/RFQ, instrument TBE, VDLR review, instrument weight control report, and instrument cost estimation.
5. Interface with other diciplines
1. Provide instrument analysis using proper software or manual calculation
